Open Mat Sunday  -     Visitors -  purple and up welcome. Akademie members all belts.

Bring Sandals! Cut your Nails, have a clean Gi. Don't swear on the mat.
If you appreciate open mat, give a tip to offset the costs (showers, cleaning , "staff", etc).
Open Mat can become quite full, priority #1 is nobody gets hurt. Be respectful, introduce yourself. Have fun.
